Basic Plans include only Email Support.


Premium Plans will include email, phone and video Support during working hours. All phone and video support will be via Google Hangouts or Zoom conferences.

 

Cancellation Policy

As per the Pricing Plan, all Subscriptions are billed on annually basis upfront. There will be a minimum non-refundable subscription of 6 months to cover the set up costs of the system. After which, subscription will be counted up until the end of the last month of usage, and the remaining months will be refunded to you. For example, if you wish to cancel the subscription after 7.5 months, it will be considered 8 months of subscription, and we will fully refund you the remaining 4 months. Cancellation notice must be given 7 days before the Effective Cancellation Date.

Do you have a Free Trial for the Services Booking System?

What is the billing Cycle?

We will bill you at the start of each annual cycle.

Can i upgrade plans anytime?

Yes. You may upgrade or downgrade from the Basic Plans and Premium Plans anytime. We will prorate your subscription prices accordingly on a monthly basis. For example, if you have used the Basic Plan for 7.5 months and wish to upgrade, we will be charged 8 months for the Basic Plan, and 4 months for the Premium Plan.

You may also upgrade from the Basic plan or Premium plan to a Customized Plan.

What sections will my new Professional Business Website have?

The sections that you will have will really depend on the industry that you are from. We will recommend suitable sections for you, and also give you a list of sections that you can choose from. You may refer to the Website Sections for more information.

Can the Services Booking System be used by many users?

Yes, there will be no limit to the number of staff that you can invite to use.
